Not bad, however, the hotel needs to improve its quality of complimentary breakfast.

The location was good. Only about 05 minutes walk from the Haram.

The breakfast quality was unsatisfactory having little to offer for the guests from sub-continent. Majority Arab dishes. No hot milk for tea but only powdered milk was available. No variety but same items in breakfast every day.

The location is fabulous. Just a crossroad to haram.

The receptionist was in a hurry to listen to me. The room is small, and there is no space for movement. The AC was bad.

Not worth of money

No service what so ever,if you care about service and taken care and cleaned room, I will say this hotel is not for you

During eight nights of stays, they only cleaned our room twice upon request making many times

Not a good hotel but walking distance to masjid Mabwi

I liked the fact that this hotel was walking distance to Masjid Nabwi.

From checkin the check in staff dont understand english. And there is strong food smell like fish in the reception area. Whn going to the rooms. The rooms are smaller than shown in the picz. The toilets in both rooms were smelly and that smell never went away. Under the beds it was dusty. The AC temperture was not good and we all ended up unwell. The shower was unclean

Distance is very close to Mosque....Nice and Comfortable atmosphere...

They don't provide me bell boy service even after several request at the time of check out...and no one received house keeping number...every time I request on reception for the same....These are the only issues I have faced during my stay...

Overall it's a good hotel .

Overall it's a good hotel ... It's near to gate #8 so easy for both men and women as gate # 13 is for women... Bathroom needs improvement... Overall it's really near and good hotel... But bathroom ..... They should work on it.... Recommended

Comfortable but could be improved as above

The decor was beautiful. Hotel was very clean. Workers were polite even though often they didn’t understand what you were saying in English. Knowing Arabic or Urdu would be helpful! Hotel food could be ordered up to the room.

One night before checking out I saw a cockroach in our room near our shoes, at fajr time. Our wudhu water tap had a leak so I’m guessing the cockroach came from that My sis in laws sink was blocked. The water took about 15mins to warm up and didn’t get HOT HOT only luke warm. Restaurant food options was limited.

My hotel in madina monawora was not good at all despite high price of stay per night

Just location near to holy madina mosque of prophet mohammed

No breakfast . Price high . Problem in parking the car . Narrow space room despite the cost high per night . Staff not welcoming. No room service regarding cleaning unless u call them

Nice hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Near to gate 8. Around 8 mins walk. Near to ladies entrance. We arrived early; checked us early.

Room. Room Was tiny. I booked a quadruple room but the room was hardly a size of two twin rooms. During walkins; I gave quick peeps into empty rooms on our floor during cleaning; all the quad rooms I had been into; all of them were actually twin rooms but made quadruple. After 4 beds; hardly space to walk. Forget study table and chair together

A very economical and wonderful experience.

The hotel was nice, comfortable and most importantly clean. Check-in was very swift and done in 10 mins. Receptionist Mr. Shadi was very helpful. Washroom was clean with hot water and all the amenities. King Saud gate of Haram was exact 8 mins walk from the hotel with Men and Women's entrance side by side. My and my mother loved the hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

The only thing i didnt like was the room service. No one came to makeup the beds and change the dustbins. So we did it by ourselves. however if you put the trash bin outside they would take it away and change it.
